Day traders don't bother me...they grease the wheels of trading...it's when the major holders act that I sit up and take notice. As regards today's announcement, all the company has done is exactly what they were expecting to do ie upgrade the resource. An upgrade of 75% is good news by anybody's standards. The resource remains open at depth and along strike and additionally, drilling has shown that mineralisation extends to below 600m, leaving the possibility of further extensions.
Metallurgical test work has confirmed that Karara's magnetite can produce a quality high grade concentrate of 69%Fe. Also, GBG is now the largest of the mid-west iron ore hopefuls.
I remain very comfortable with the stock
