Just read MMX announcement, they are just stating the obvious but also mentioned they only have exclusivity until end of year, GBH are planning beyond that so whilst they are both right my money would be on GBH going it alone as they will get China Inc to fund part of OPR post mandate expiry as none of the other players will be in a position to proceed, again it ties in with scaled down version of OPR that everyone mentioned recently, if the super nova all or nothing option is not available, staging it is the only real option and GBH being closer to the port and with an advance project is the logical first proponent to get up!
