Hmmm its under cash thats a good place to start. The directors are well seasoned - in fact from memory they own a block in Namibia in an associated company - I think it may be next door.
The Madagascar block may be okay its not too far from the Tanzania/Mozambique success stories.
Cant see how they would be 5c. Should really be at cash as a minimum which is about 9c.
I wouldn't write this one off at 7c can't really see much downside.
