GBR doesnt own the Mt Venn Project

For those that dont know: GBR only has an earn in for 75% of Mt Venn. While the management will verbally confirm the earn in is complete (6mths ago), they still havent confirmed this via paperwork. The other 25% of the project (plus the 75% since the earn paperwork has not been completed) is owned by Murray Black, who conveniently is a board member of GBR If the earn in has been completed why has no paperwork been lodged and the confirmation released to the market. Secondly, if the earn in is complete where is the confirmation that Murray Black is contributing 25% to the current exploration program.
