Thank you for the great advice.

Here in Cairns it is cold, similar to the full east coast.
At 3.00 pm I nearly took my jacket off as it hit 28C
but the extra pockets are handy, so I left it on.

Went into Cairns Base Hospital a couple weeks ago.
Public health had to wait for surgical procedure/anaesthetic.

Couple weeks got phone call.
Come in next Thurs.

All lovely professional, nice people
and all FREE in Queensland.

Have a final interest in a residential in Vic
Conveyancer has Section 32 nearly ready.

They don't hve Section 32s in Qld
Caveat Emptor.

Come up and fish a few creeks here
plenty wildlife
they are thriving.
