    The Board is thin on the ground. PR has gold 'whispers' floating threw his head' .Has spent $500k + on on the ground without Board consent check the quarterlies. PT founding Director and has kept the Company alive, now is a shell of who he was. SL has saved the Company in CR in the past and at one time held about 20% of the stock and voting rights, guess this has been diluted over time. PT is the ear for SL. SL is transactional based in his thinking. And he is bored with it and keeps his toe in the water with PT to save face for the overseas investors he fronts for.

    Sorry state of affairs and a sorry Board. Research deep enough and you will find this to be true.
