in regards to the 10% in the Pan Pac deal, and your comment
"then sell the remaining share if production is reached at market rate"
I actually don't think this is accurate.
Check this from the report:
"it will sell its interest in the minerals produced to Pan Pacific at prevailing market rates"
That reads to me that we get 10% of the profit from the minerals produced as long as Pan Pacific mines the ore.
Does anyone else read it like this, or am I too drunk again?
