Dear rogerdat,
The company needs cash to drill, it's that simple. I support extending the options in the same manner as before (I hold a few but not a heap). I prefer non-obligated funding to the convertible notes but it is understandable why they went with the convertible notes.
PetrStiff's vid clearly shows that the company is trying to work out the TH geology where others weren't interested/inclined to do so. The company are hopeful that there is a basement! In terms of risk/reward, I consider GBM a top play.
