Interesting sounds like talos are in no hurry - this has to be good for OEL and its cash position and the existing MB covenants in place. This is all on the proviso that MB dont get miffed the remediation plan is a slow go. Debt being repaid in the interim cant be hurting OEL case of a further roll over of the remediation plan.
Will be interesting to see what if any refinance terms BYE or their advisor can drum up. I would hope we refinance MB facility with a more vanilla arrangement in the near term.
