Yes, they would risk being a "laughing stock" joining forces with LNC in my opinion.
I just don't see how they can afford to take the risk on advice they have been given when anyone with a brain looks at the past 18 months record of announcements made by the company and results.

For a billion dollar company with 17,000 employees $120m is neither here nor there......Let me say this .............if LNC technology was so hot....they would not have to go to HK to try and do a deal.....the big Australian would have gobbled it up here in Australia.

Past history would suggest that if If you are waiting for the GCL Poly announcement to make a dollar DON'T Hold your Breath.

I wish all shareholders the best I'd rather be wrong than see you lose money however, if it was going to happen it would have happened by now!!
