Yeah, I actually got into RNU and SYA before the boom and pulled 400-500% gains, so I can’t complain. Fortunately, I also exited near the top. I wasn’t as lucky with some of my other lithium positions and held well past when I should have.
Of course, many have made great returns on juniors that rose to production or got taken over by big names—think LTR, PLS, or AZS. Hopefully, those days will return as demand outstrips supply in critical minerals. But I’ve become extremely cautious about taking or holding positions in penny-stock miners unless I see an absolutely bulletproof business case.
That’s exactly why GCM appeals to me—it’s no longer just a miner but a technology producer with innovative IP in a booming market. The path to success looks much more direct, and that’s a rare find in this space.
