gcn _ alpha's problem

Now just when it seems Alpha has gone quiet you have to start wondering why it is that a guy who accuses a number of posters from ramping the stock (presumably up) is not himself accused of ramping the stock (only this time down). Is the crime not hienous either way?

Could there be a reason? How about if ALpha had shorted the stock, which would mean that he had either borrowed stock or just done so illegally. Seems to me that such an explanation makes a lot more sense than anything else he's written.
