    Today's notice of the AGM asks shareholders to reelect Mr Philip Chan as a director.

    It is worth having a look at his potted biography.

    It looks like there is quality there. You would seriously suppose that he might be able to pull GCN up by its own bootstraps.

    The notice also says that "10,000,000 million options has been granted to Mr. Richard Li." Really?
