GCN has been hit by the falling markets, well GCN has risen of late despite them but would have risen a lot more.

as we go to bed the markets are getting belted again

    but
I have been watching the markets for years now, and while I am no expert I have noticed when all seems great and everyone is telling you to be in the market the end is near.

at present tho all are saying sell, the markets are bad and going to fall, the world will be in a recession soon, when the taxi driver tells you to sell, it is nearer to the time to buy.

people, companies and fund managers have record levels of cash, in 2008 it was not the case.

PE's are very low, in 2008 it was not the case,

a lot of things are in place now like banking reforms that was not in place in 2008

companies are making money, not a huge amount, but to me things are a lot different now to 2008,
now I am not saying things are rosy, and Greek debt etc is a worry, there is always some worry.

But if things turn around, and they will at some point, there is a lot of money sitting there, 2% interest in a bank is not going to make anyone rich, so at some point money is going to pour back into stocks.

with GCN, I have talked to Richard Li a lot, of course all chairman think their company is great, but the whole thing makes sense to me.

I see it more a free P1 share play, I see it a very good growth story.

and a good chance to set up.

anyway just some late night thoughts.
