I too have researched this and will probably take a position today. The main question I have is when are the P1 shares likely to be issued? I realize the valuation should be done in four weeks, but I have been caught out before with companies promising listings and then nothing eventuates for 9+ months, eg PRR,s NASDAQ listing after them announcing to market that their listing was happening in the near future....
