    That 3.9 cents is not a show of confidence by GCN. It is merely a mathematical derivation from the face value of 30 cents.

    I don't know whether GCN is undervalued or overvalued. For me it is not a case of believe it or not, but it is a time for watchfulness - and that means looking at the past as well as the future.
