So I see that in the Supreme Court a William John Vandermeer is seeking to wind up Richard Li's Sino Investment Services because of SIS's failure to comply with a statutory demand (whatever that might have been for).

It is therefore interesting to look at a LinkedIn entry at

where a Bill Vandermeer describes himself as "senior investment advisor at sino investment services".

I really don't know what to make of all this, except that the court cases when taken together don't look like a storm in a teacup.

Where is the ASX in all this? They should be demanding comment from GCN.
