Well tomorrow is D-Day for SiS.
The staff entitlements that weren't paid to staff settlement deadline is tomorrow.
And the court case is listed for 10.30 am Friday.
If the SiS director has found the cash for settlement - good for him.
Even better for the staff involved.
Not paying staff reminds me of another company the director is involved with.
It's my understanding that because of the previous deferrals if the settlement terms are breached a wind up will be demanded.
IMO this will have a serious effect on the loan and line of credit for GCN.
*let the GCN supports rip into me for this post - I love seeing cut and past information directly from the GCN office
