    Looking at the CBA announcement, they have not bought their shares recently.

    Thus the statement "cba have a habit of paying top dollar at the top" does not seem correct. They bought at lower prices.

    The current buying does not appear to be from CBA.

    Perhaps a good announcement is about to be released.
