According to Computershare my MIC holding has converted to GCX....

According to Computershare my MIC holding has converted to GCX. Commsec, however, are still waiting to update my details as they have not been notified. Am I the only one in this situation? From the date when GCX shares became active how long have others had to wait?

I'm just wondering whether I should be reconsidering who I do my trading through.

Would appreciate some feeback - thanks in advance.
