All i know is that GDA have a chunk of real estate in the Pilbara,one of the hotest places to be in, and there is no more real estate left - everything has been pegged out.
Sure, the sp has dropped post consolidation, but money talks and bull---- walks, and that's the attraction of a capitalist system - people prepared to size up an opportunity and put their money where their mouth is ....
