Hi acees. REH has been on a run since 20th of Jan, where over 8 million shares were traded on that day. On the 25th of Jan, Novus put out a recommended buy for REH saying they were trading at an 80% discount on their underlying assets. Might have something to do with it.
Interesting bit about us "The value of the Carnegie stake alone is worth, we estimate, some 24p/REH share, more than the current level of REH?s shares which trade at 21p/share".
Which I think if I've converted properly, that rates us at 40 cents.
