the article basically implied $3.50 a share currently is close to fair value given maybe a bit over 3.70 might be on the table down the line, but time value of money etc
Also I think mondays volume was quite large circa $3.50 another indication perhaps when trading resumes it might not be too different, guessing the trading Monday both sellers and buyers were aware of most of these details already.
