My comment is that volume is certainly up in the States and with it the interest.
It held at 10 cents USD overnight at roughly 10x the usual volume, not giving up the strong price increase from the previous day.
Strong indicator that price is on the move.

Cap here on the ASX has been removed 2 days ago, somebody must have gotten their fill.

The second run at 15 cents comes with a 2 week delay, caused by the cap. I guess that a
8 week period for EIA confirmation seemed a long enough period to play such games, especially when current turbulent world markets are taken into account.
That makes 2 months a very long time period to hold money in an account.
With the midway line now crossed within that waiting period, we should look at
increased interest again and capping would simply be too expensive to continue.
