What I find encouraging is that Rick de Boer has said its as good as it gets.
This is a person who is employed from Company to Company on his skill and expertise (and a good CV he has too), so personally I wouldn't be aimlessly bantering that sort of terminology around and sullying my reputation if it was more like a sparrows f*rt.
