Datz they have just printed 320 million to be placed with otsana......(once they release the 3b of course)Otsana and its clients in effect have approx 50% of the register until the placement is made to the rest of the shareholders.........which will reduce this.
WHos to say that several of the clients taking up the shares thru Otsana donot have the same goals in mind for use of said shares.ie: Pool them.

Once they get the drill permit for Para 4 they will have to act on it so cannot see enough money for everything they want to do. Jv somewhere along the line either the new project or Paradox Basin. But you may be right Paradox is Richards baby and he has resisted all along going with a Jv to the detriment of the company Imo.
