I hope you are right and hence a matter of time, i mean the process for this junior is tedious and slow and perhaps they are putting the shape to it all and perhaps timing it toward rising gas prices....? surely some luck must come their way to get the project going....?

from reading other posts though of late,the worry is they are using delaying tactics as nothing is really coming together before it all comes to an abrupt end....? If not where is the money going to come from to move forward with their plans.... Also the deliverability study is crucial and now another hold up although i agree it has to be accurate, Its not looking good but i wish it was....
