I dont understand how a company can sell back to its owners assets that we already entitled to. I beleive as shareholders we own our % share of total issued shares in the assets of the company. The assets of the company include the uranium leases,gas/oil exploration, iron ore, and gold exploration leases. The GDN statement says that GDN shareholders will get priority to the new issue with the balance offered to the public. I get the feeling we are being robbed. We OWN these assets why do we need to purchase something we already own. If they want to maximise value for shareholedrs, regarding the Uranium Assets, an "in-specie" distribution to existing shareholder would be more appropriate.
Can someone please shed some light on this ?????
