that exactly it NT. Until the option is actually in the money above 20c, we are all just supposing what its worth is. Thats the point of the option, betting on where the Head price will end up. As it get closer to expiry date, it will probably hang around its real value of 20c below head price. I think we will be well into the money very soon, so oppies at these prices, are still going to make good dollars.
