Jmot I agree to a certain extent there (in relation to terms and time) but i think if we get a partner with some serious cred the game changes. This is all conditional of a reasonable deal, and this looks less likely the longer this circus continues.
Anyway, the one leason I have learnt here is the management are about 90% of the success of a company. I did not realise the ratio of importance until my regretable encounter with GDN.
