I hold both heads and oppies. Down about 80% on both. They are now worth so little that I'll just hold and wait and see. My head says sell now and get back something.

But I'm going to be stupid and hold until I get my cash back or they go to zero. I'd say its 50/50. I loathe this Co. with a vengeance. And I really feel for those who have (or should I say had) significant amounts in this.

So my sentiment is HOLD if you've already done (most of) your dough (like me) or NONE if you are just entering the fray (in which case you probably need counselling :)
