    Announcement out - share purchase plan completed, with shareholders taking up $1.34m and the underwriter taking up $1.66m, raising $3m.

    Glad to see the back of that raising and hopefully the downward effect it had on the share price.

    128m shares now on issue and $17m in the bank. Cash backing per share of around 13c, meaning that the market is valuing GDR's assets, including Walhalla, at around only $64 million (rough calc).

    Sounds cheap to me...
