The company expects to finalise final terms of the joint venture early in the second quarter. In
anticipation of the joint venture being formalised, key initial resources for the joint venture team,
encompassing both operations and business development capabilities have been appointed.

GDS Joint Venture progressing well
As previously reported, CXN has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Global Data Systems Limited of China (GDS), giving the company access to the Chinese data services and e-billing sectors. CXN is in the process of formalising a joint venture agreement with GDS, which will provide the company with access to nine T4 data centres across China, (T4 is the highest possible accreditation
for a data centre) and give CXN the scale and capacity to pursue multi-million dollar e-billing and data services contracts. The company's priority during the quarter was to put into place the key initial resources for the joint
venture team, encompassing both operations and business development capabilities. As a consequence, a Business Development Director, an Operations Director and a Technical Director have been appointed.

This partnership will be a huge step up for CXN, getting huge leverage in the China markets is a fantastic strategic move by the company - expect some interest generated by the confirmation of this agreement early this quarter.
