Perhaps gdxj's experts have done their due diligence, and sniff a bargain. The combined entity has very reasonably priced reserves and resources, with extreme
exploration potential, both gold and nickel.
IMHO they have not gone crazy, and there is no madness involved.
I further suspect that they did not look at Focus with a day trader's optic.
