my take on the farce is that PTR got the pledge because PTR are the most advanced song and dance stars in the sector. They'll announce and spin the staff picnic. The COALition are desperate for the spin.
Call me a cynic...
As to GDY it has to be said the announcement was bare minimum contractual obligation. They could learn a little from PTRs spin style, and give the punters a little more. Two weeks is a long time between drinks they could at least make it a decent drink.
