Just trying to get clarification on who owns the patents for the Kalina Cycle technology. I am a holder of WAS Wasabi Energy and the following is from an ann on their site dated 19/11/2006:

"Wasabi Energy is currently the major shareholder of Exergy Inc., the developer and owner of
a suite of international patents for the Kalina Cycle technology which has been proven in a
number of power projects in Japan, the United States and Iceland with further projects
currently under construction in Germany."

The more I read on who owns the rights to use this technology the more confused I become. I have read the info on the GDY site but am still left wondering....any ideas??
