My guess is that once the circulation tests are looking promising, it will be all stops out to -
1. build a pilot plant to prove proof of concept to raise money from banks and gain info for design parameters
2. simultaneously drill the required holes for the big plant,
therefore I imagine Hab-4,5,6 etc will start as soon as circulation tests are promising.
