Barring WAR or something else you have to think of REE as one big lake. Many streams running into it. Stream running out Now prices are inverse of water level. So if more streams run out than come in the level goes down and price goes up. If more come in than out price goes down. Who any particular customers buy from does not really change things.
Unlikly if Lynas being mentiopned or not mentioned would affect there stock at all.
