This big news imo because it will provide liftoff for Hitachi Metals and other mag makers in the west who have been quietly waiting for Lynas Texas and EU program to unfold. If this was China it would be done by now but America believes in free enterprise which can be a little more messy and not as direct unless you pay attention. Don’t get caught watching the paint dry!
