Peter perhaps shareholders need to consider things more closely. The management failed to raise an adequate amount of capital in the SPP and has less than a quarter's operating cash in the bank. The chairman failed to seek re-election at the recent general meeting. The EIS had to be extended 12 months. The Chinese have made no sign of any real commitment in a year. Surely some serious questions need to be asked of those who are behind how Boulder really functions.
