The AGM will be on the 25th November, so what do you mean the chairman fail to seek re-election at the recent AGM?
I am no expert on these things, but looking at the AGM letter, they stated:
"The Company’s constitution provides that a director appointed to the Board by the directors holds
office only until the next Annual General Meeting and is the eligible for re-election. Mr Sulzer
Sulzer was appointed as Chairman and non-executive director of Boulder Steel Limited, on 4
August 2011. He therefore retires and, being eligible, offers himself for re-election".
I don't get it when you said the Chairman fail to seek re-election at the AGM, which has yet to happen?
