I concur with your thoughts. CER is already now very tightly held. The trading volumes are already quite tight. What does surprise me is even at this tightly held level at the moment, that there has not been a significant or sustained upwardc push. Up unitl a couple of days ago there was nice resistance at 12-12.5 cents. Now that's 10-10.5 cents.

This meaNS to me that what little stock is out there is still being snapped up by sellers who have not necessarily panicked on CER but given up. That and perhaps also day trading (well holding for a couple of days and then offloading at any rate).
