In reading here, you will see the lengths some will go in order to prevent discussion of a company. Some use personal attacks, threats and fabrication & diversions in place of democratic reasoned debate ,. This company has obtaineded way over 100 million dollars from investors on the market and private business entities . These three critics here have all declared that they have never owned shares. So why are they trying to prevent discussion here ?
I am a shareholder, according to the share registry, I still own shares in this company, and I am entitled to an opinion as a shareholder of this public company . I am not going to be intimidated from expressing my view .
On public internet discussion forums, any registered member of that internet site is entitled to have a view on the company- it doesn't need to be currently listed for trading .It is still a registered company with a State Government company register in the Commonwealth of Australia. Such a registered entity , is entitled to conduct business, to conduct business with other companies, on behalf of its shareholders.
This company is only prevented from trading on the stock market, because it has not completed its statutory annual reports. Were those reports to be completed it could trade again .It is not in administration as it has not had receivers appointed.
It is unfortunate if readers do not understand these basic facts & it is unwise to buy shares on the stock market if you are unaware of the facts .One cannot just substitute threats for a lack of understanding of these matters.
CLZ claims to be an ongoing concern and to own a Gekko processing plant & claims to hold the processing rights at two locations in the Forestania mining province , CLZ claims to have provisioned 1.7 million dollars for drilling & feasibility studies at those two sites. The CLZ board of Directors have not appointed a receiver to wind up the affairs of the company, so i assume they are assuring their shareholders, the company is not trading insolvent .Were it to be found to be trading insolvent , directors could be financially liable if shareholders were to litigated the matter .
Company filings with **promotion blocked** of Western Australia note the resignation of the independant director late last year .Also the filling of intention to wind up the company associated with the purchase & refurbishment of a Gekko processing plant for the contract price of around 6.2 million dollars .
So why are these people here using threatening language, with one talking about coffins ? - these comments are there for everyone to read. There was a forth poster , who has not recently posted on this forum ,who was the only one who claimed to have been a shareholder.,It is likely a number of people are colluding here to try to stop discussion of a registered company - that is registered with the government of Australia .
Read Silverlake's 5 consecutive incoherant recent ramblings & decide if you understand what he is talking about. Garfmate , on this forum claimed to have been assisted by the CEO with the purchase of his personel real estate. Ghosta claimed on this forum, that he had knowledge of the CEO's whereabouts and activities on his way home from visiting the company's project.
An investigation was conducted into this company West Australia division of **promotion blocked** . These investigation letters have been posted here as official Stock exchange corespondence
There is much to be learned here , about the operation of the speculative end of the stockmarket , relating to the intelligence , and types of people who operate here , and the lengths some will go in an attempt to try to prevent discussion on a registered public company.
This company has traded on the stock market for 9 years , and raised many millions of dollars from the public , It has also obtained many millions from private companies. It has used dubious business practiced in the issue of 45,000.000,000 (45 Billion shares ) and cancelled 43.5 billion of those shares via comsolidations. Recently it arranged for the sale of it's sole project for the sum of 7 million dollars , after having approximately 100 million of dollars registered as losses noted in it's company accounts
For those who do not like my opinions and my reasoned discusion of this public company , please put me on block on HC , so you don't have to read my opinions , as it is your democratic right to do so .
Illiterate , threatening language does noone credit and is no substitute for reasoned debate .Anyone reading this , ask yourself why these three people are so desparate to prevent discussion here . Be cogniscent of persons who use threats as a substitute for reasoned democratic debate
I commenced investing in the stockmarket in 1983 , in a company called Ashton mining (diamond mine ) which was taken over by Rio Tinto Mining . My family was involved in floaing of a speculative mining company in the Kalgoolie Region. I participated in the family allocation of shares in that company . My brother in law who floated the company was the son of a well know prospector in the Kalgoolie region, most likely a contempory of the father of the promoter of this dynasty . I have invested continously in Australian mining companies for 43 years. I put a total of $500 into this spec on the basis of the outstanding grades they reported. Go to the very start of this thread & you will see **promotion blocked** float document with the names & photos of those associated with the 2016 float of this company which is available for perusal at the very start of this HC company thread of 2016. The penny may- drop. .

'Fists Fly at Golden West Meeting' which concerns Golden West Resources , Portman Mining , Fairstar resources. and note the identities mentioned there . Also note that it is written by a 'Staff Writer- presumably for security reasons .Caveat Emptor - let the buyer beware . DYOR.
