I received the notice of the annual general meeting in the mail the other day. It seems Andreas is now the fourth largest shareholder after having more than ten million shares down to under five million. A lot of those where the ones he pretty much gifted to himself before he left mmj. I think it said that figure was correct in July so he could of even dumped more since then. Could explain some of the downward pressure on the share price lately.
