I wrote about this happening- again - many months ago ... search and you will see I was right.
It is worrying how the ASX allows this party to go on like this with no indication of a future for existing shareholders.
In 2014 the ASX allowed the company to rip previous shareholders off of their entire holdings, in favour of american noteholders, hence I can see it happening again.
It would not surprise me, at all, if MBN moved out of the ASX and straight into the Dow Jones or anywhere that will accept such low level corporations to exist.
