Yes, not the most straight forward process if you haven't done it before - I still get it wrong.

But you need to register at Photobucket(?) upload you JPEG there then paste the URL of the JPEG in your HC post by clicking the little picture icon at the bottom right of the post input box - which you will get from Photobucket and that should be it.

There's a help link at the bottom of the post input box which gives more clear instructions
