yes, you prompted me to call ETA toady and they inform me they are making application to Federal Court for strike out on the basis that RTL lawyers say that Retarcat is direvitive of Ritrac as they registered in 2003.
ETA say not only have they used it from 1994 but EMS have also used it prior to and in their prospectus (Publice knowledge) It seems to me RTL in being agressive are in for another kick.
