The Lawyer before the Legal Complaints Committee is Ashdown as you have always apparently been aware. Market Ashdown was the Lwyer for Whisson/Prestidge. I say was as he has been removed from the registrar.
Apparently nothing progressing in the high Court according to ETA, so stay remians.
ETA say the ACCC investigation is real and in the process. These guys are now putting the pressure on the Legal System for justice.
ETA have taken in new invetsors from Eastern Europe who have expressed interst in Fitzy, Lock and yes the great Woolridge.
Good sale you achieved at 0.70 cents (must be gold coated) as market will NOT pay this price.
Rumour is that EMS have sealed a contract for 200 ML Clip-On's over two years and will be recieving huge support from New York.
By the way ETA state they are moving to injunct the use of the name Ritract based on a Utz letter to EMS.
