You are correct Bermuda, the price must trade for 20 consecutive days at least 0.025 before tranche 1 vest.
But having said that, I hope they get all their performance shares as this would give a share price of 0.05 for more than 20 trading days. That spells a great windfall for me and other shareholders.
Keep going with the good work Management as moving the share price is what I'm about and what we are all about.
