If you read it closely, the 2.5m options are from the issue in 2007. The remaining 4m options for JG are from a off-market purchase at $100k each transaction, being 5 cents per option.
You are right, this should of been declared months ago. JG is late to release the announcements.
For a director to purchase another 4m options at 5 cents (above current prices) things are brewing.
Read between the lines, this is going up.
